Service Provision and Timelines

American Patriot Marketing, LLC provides marketing services including but not limited to strategy, paid media management, search optimization, content, creative production, and related consulting. Because channels, algorithms, and competition change over time, projected timelines for deliverables or performance milestones are estimates based on experience and may be adjusted when market conditions require it.

Payment Terms

All retainers, project fees, and other charges must be paid according to the schedule in your agreement with American Patriot Marketing, LLC. Media and platform spend paid to third parties (for example, ad networks) is generally non-refundable once deployed, subject to the policies of those platforms.

Client Responsibilities

To get the best results, clients of American Patriot Marketing, LLC agree to provide timely access to assets, analytics, ad accounts, websites or storefronts, and approvals as needed. Delays in access or feedback may affect scheduling and outcomes for campaigns and creative.
